Rejuvenate with a traditional body scrub and extended restorative foam massage, followed by deep hydration using anti-aging rose body cream expertly applied by your therapist. Wrap yourself in the comfort of premium cotton bathrobes. End the experience with a cooling facial towel infused with rose geranium oil, complemented by a selection of sweet and savory cookies served with Turkish tea.

  • The package is valid only for the purchased service and may be used exclusively within the scope of this package.
  • The package is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
  • Reservation is required.
  • The purchaser may use the package personally or may make reservations on behalf of friends, allowing them to use the package.
  • The package cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be exchanged for other services, cannot be refunded, and cannot be resold.
  • Any unused sessions within the validity period cannot be extended and will become void once the package expires.
Delivery and Return Policy  

Free Delivery:

Shipping is free for orders of 1,500 TL or more.

For orders below 1,500 TL, a shipping fee of 250 TL applies.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery time to the address generally varies between 1-4 business days, depending on the workload at the courier branches and the logistics operations in your area.

Return Policy Under Consumer Rights:

If you wish to return our products, you must initiate the withdrawal/return process within 14 days of product delivery. For detailed information regarding the return process and conditions, please call 0212 521 21 61. Our return policy may vary depending on the product categories. During the return process, Zeyrek Çinili Hamam representatives will inform you about the courier company to be used for the return.

Please note that tickets for events and workshops are non-refundable.

  • In their original condition,
  • With all accessories included,
