The Original De-Stress is an 85 min authentic hammam experience that is completed with a restoring foot and lower leg massage. The session is enhanced with a 25-minute foot and lower leg massage, focusing on skilfully and intentionally relieving tension, boosting circulation, and alleviating fatigue. After The Original De-Stress, you can expect softer, radiant, and rejuvenated skin, eased tension, a sense of overall revitalization, a serene state of mind, reduced swelling, and relaxed feet, ready to stroll the city.
This gift card will be sent to you via courier in an envelope, in a format where you can write the recipient's name.
Conditions of use:
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from its date of issue and can be redeemed subject to the
hammam’s availability.
- The gift voucher is for the addressee only and valid for a single treatment.
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, cannot be sold, is non-transferable
and non-refundable.
- Expired gift voucher cannot be redeemed or extended.
Any amount in excess of the value of the service stated in the gift voucher can be paid by credit card
or cash.
- Gift vouchers should be presented to the receptionist upon arrival.
Zeyrek Çinili Hamam reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Free delivery over 2,000 TL:
For orders under 2,000 TL, the shipping fee is 350 TL. Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. The delivery time to your address usually varies between 1-4 business days depending on the density of the cargo branches and the cargo operations in your region.
Free return:
Return transactions are completely free within Turkey. You can return unused, untagged, resalable products with complete accessories within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Within the scope of consumer rights, if you want to return your products, you must have initiated the withdrawal/return process within 14 days after the product is delivered to you. You can call 0212 521 21 61 to get detailed information about the return process and to learn our return conditions. Our return conditions may vary depending on the product category. Zeyrek Çinili Hamam officials will inform you which cargo company you will return with.
We kindly request that the products for which the right of return/withdrawal will be used are unused, their labels have not been removed, their barcodes have not been damaged, their resalability has not been impaired, and their accessories are complete. When shipping the returned product, you must also attach the e-invoice of the relevant order.
Exceptions:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for products whose original packages have been opened, used, whose labels have been removed and damaged, accessories and personal care products, books, magazines and music products due to hygiene rules.
