Do I need to be a member to place an order?

You can shop and track your order without being a member. You can create your membership at any time later if you wish.

You can receive an email notification when a product is back in stock by clicking the “Notify Me” button on the product page and entering your email address.

How can I use my discount code?

You can apply your discount code in the "Discount Code" box to benefit from the discount at the checkout step.

You can update your address by clicking the addresses button in the member information section.

Can I track my order without being a member?

Yes, you can track your order without being a member.

I want to cancel my membership. What should I do?

I forgot my password. How can I change it?

You can click on the "Forgot Password" link and create a new password through the email sent to you.


SHIPPING

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is free for orders over 3500 TL. For orders under 3500 TL, the shipping fee is 350 TL.

Which shipping company do you work with?

We work with Yurtiçi Kargo.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Turkey, but we are working on offering international shipping soon. For special events and collaborations outside of Turkey, please email info@zeyrekcinilihamam.com.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Once your order is delivered by the shipping company, it is under their assurance until it is delivered to you. If your package is damaged, you can request a damage assessment report from the delivery person.

You can shop using your VISA, Mastercard, Troy, AMEX credit cards, or with iyzico easy payment in our store.

Which credit cards are accepted for installment?
Our online store does not accept installments for credit cards.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?

To return your order, please contact us via phone or email within 14 days to initiate your return request. You can return your item to our store within 30 days after creating your return request.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased online at the store?

Yes, you can return and exchange products purchased from our online store at our physical store.

What happens if the product I purchased is defective or damaged?

We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards and quality. However, if you have concerns about a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@zeyrekcinilihamam.com or call us at +90 212 521 21 61 to address the issue.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned product is verified as unused and undamaged, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Which products cannot be returned?

Products that have been opened, used, have their tags removed, or are damaged, as well as accessories due to hygiene rules, personal care products, books, magazines, and music products, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Who pays the shipping fee for return processes?

You can return the product free of charge by taking it to your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo office within 14 days.

How many days do I have to return or exchange my order?

You have 14 days to return or exchange your order.
