Perfect for creating warm, joyful memories with your little ones, this package is designed for children aged 6-11 and must be enjoyed under the supervision of a same-gender parent.

This gift card will be sent to you via courier in an envelope, in a format where you can write the recipient's name.

Conditions of use:

  • Children between the ages of 0 and 5 can bathe free-of-charge and must be accompanied by their parents.
  • Those aged 12 and above will be charged the full fee.
  • The gift card is valid for 12 months from its date of issue and can be redeemed subject to the hammam’s availability.
  • The gift voucher is for the addressee only and valid for a single treatment.
  • The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other services, cannot be sold, is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Expired gift voucher cannot be redeemed or extended. Any amount in excess of the value of the service stated in the gift voucher can be paid by credit card or cash.
  • Gift vouchers should be presented to the receptionist upon arrival.
  • Zeyrek Çinili Hamam reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Delivery and Return Policy  

Free Delivery:

Shipping is free for orders of 1,500 TL or more.

For orders below 1,500 TL, a shipping fee of 350 TL applies.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery time to the address generally varies between 1-4 business days, depending on the workload at the courier branches and the logistics operations in your area.

Return Policy Under Consumer Rights:

If you wish to return our products, you must initiate the withdrawal/return process within 14 days of product delivery. For detailed information regarding the return process and conditions, please call 0212 521 21 61. Our return policy may vary depending on the product categories. During the return process, Zeyrek Çinili Hamam representatives will inform you about the courier company to be used for the return.

Products Eligible for Withdrawal/Return Must Be:

  • Unused,
  • Tags intact,
  • Barcodes undamaged,
  • In their original condition,
  • With all accessories included,

  • Additionally, when shipping the product to be returned, please make sure to include the e-invoice for the corresponding order in the package.
